Moving into a new office…

We’ve got a new office space! The office relocation was slick, the office launch party was a success, the dance floor is lit up, and our team is settling into their new work “home”…

But, as a specialist recruitment consultancy group, we have a dynamic array of people, and some unique office needs — a wellness corner, a first class waiting room, a “Gucci” room, a champagne wall, a dog den… we’re a deliberately different company!

At The Advocate Group, we value the collaboration and productivity that comes with the physical office space – and that’s why we invested so much in our new place of work.

Our workspace is built with the people in mind – throughout the office, there are moments of peace, productivity, teamwork, focus, fun… no corner is dull. We didn’t want a traditional office that was just a place our teams associated with work, with no uniqueness or creativity. Work and the physical office should be a positive place that the employees want to come to on a Monday morning (and every other day!).

Remote working doesn’t work for us, and with this in mind, we created a space that fits each and every one of the teams’ needs and wants. Allowing time for mindfulness, wellness, coffee catch ups, private meetings, client and candidate in-person meetings, team lunches, drinks on a Friday… and much more, means that the office is a space where you can achieve your professional and personal goals – and enjoy yourself!
